Homeowners Annual Meeting

The annual Homeowners Meeting is held on the second Tuesday of December at 6:30 pm in the clubhouse.  Twenty-one (21) day advance notice will be given.  The owners of each unit shall have one vote per unit and 1/3 of all units must be represented at the meeting or by proxy.  In addition to regular business, new board members are elected at this meeting.

Serving on the Board of Directors

Beginning in August of each year the President shall appoint a committee to begin identifying homeowners who might be willing to run for a board position to replace those ending their terms.  Those with expiring terms are allowed to run for additional terms if desired and will become a part of the general slate of candidates offered for a vote.  Homeowners interested in running for a board position are encouraged to submit to the board a brief biography stating the reason they would like to serve and they will be part of the slate of candidates.
